DONT GO HERE!! WORST MCDONALDS IVE EVER BEEN TO. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Just got a meal for $7 and can't eat any of my large fries because they are all rock hard and can't even bite through one. I will never eat here again. This is not the first time I've been given bad food. Living 10 min away makes it not worth it to return to complain. But over the last year at this location I've been given over or under cooked food 3 times out of 6 and have also been stuck in line in the drive threw for over 20min 2 or 3 times. don't waste ur money here. If u really want McDonald drive 15 min to Flemington. Chances are you will get your food faster even if u include the drive, but Flemington has yet to give me horrible quality food.

This Mickey-D's has been on Sugan road for years and years. I rarely stop in (I don;t "do" fast food) unless dragged in by a friend or relative. But - they have clean (relatively) bathrooms and that has saved us on occaision.

For a fast food place, they are really slow. The other night it took about 5 minutes to get a small shamrock shake. If there was another option I'd take it but in new hope, pa there is nothing.

We've used this McD's on rare occasions after seeing a show at the Bucks County Playhouse that has run late or too long especially since after ten or eleven there is only so much open in the area especially on a weeknight. If there would be one negative about this location it would be that the right turn into their parking lot is very tight and if you have a larger SUV exiting the drive thru lane and one turning into the lot I could see some white knuckled driving or maybe a few prayers to Our Lady of the Blessed Accelerator for assistance in not exchanging paint on the side view mirrors. I can't speak about the restrooms or anything else on the inside as I have never been inside but the employees have always been decent, the order done correctly and the wait time has never been an issue. Past that who really cares? (On a brief sidebar this location has not been on Sugan Road for years as the McDonald's website will tell you, it's been at 324 West Bridge Street for years.)

I admit I am not a fan of fast food places. I make an exception for this McDonald's. It is always clean, there almost always seems to be someone cleaning the dining areas. The managers have a genuine concern for the customers and clearly take their job seriously. Any time I did have an issue with the food or anything else, my concern was always addressed promptly. My only complaint is that the rest rooms need to be brought up to date. The dining room can be cold and drafty, too.

Ordered in the drive thru on a Friday morning. It took a while to be greeted and when I placed my order, they said 2nd window. They didn't repeat the order or give me the total. I paid and kept driving. Once at my destination, 30 minutes away, one of the two sandwiches I ordered was completely incorrect. Wrong egg, wrong meat, wrong cheese. It went into the garbage. I looked in the bag for the receipt to call the location, and there wasn't a receipt. Poor customer service all around.
